To sell quickly and for top dollar, a home must be properly prepared, packaged, and presented. As a homeowner or RE Agent, this is an essential step in creating a compelling product and maximizing sales potential.

- Detailed de-personalizing, pre-packing, cleaning solutions and tips.
- Detailed minor upgrades and improvements commensurate with price point
- Paint color and finish recommendations
- Furniture, Art and Accessory editing
PACKAGE:
- Determine demographic
- Room definition and configuration using design principled strategy and visual marketing elements.
- Design strategy for lighting, focal points, pathways and overall aesthetic
PRESENT:
- Showing Checklist
- Maintaining your "Show Home"
- Photo ready property
- Multiple listing locations
Additional Design Assistance - $95/hr

Step 2: Full Stage for Vacant or Occupied Property
Vacant Property - Investment amount is unique to every property and conveyed via a proposal.
This service is for an empty property ready to be placed on the market for sale, rent, or model. It includes assessment and recommendations to reach the target market. The goal is to create a "win on walk-in". Priced per property.
Occupied Property - $599 Stage. After Step 1, for those properties that need a little help with art and accessories to complete the aesthetic. This service provides rental and installation of art, tablescapes, vanities, etc. Linens and lighting are available but not included in this package.
Photo Prep - $199
Online is your first showing!
With this services, a professional Stager will "tweak" and make adjustments to ensure the property is picture perfect in preparation for the real estate photographer.
